Could vaccine induced/exacerbated long Covid be connected to hypermetabolic lymphadenopathy?

There are a number of patients who have long Covid after having the vaccine or worsening symptoms. What could be the mechanism?

If fully understood, this could break through new insights in the disease.

Still trying to understand what is making this immune response not settle after a few weeks.
