The first step to better health starts here

Post viral illnesses, whether long Covid or MECFS seems to be connected with interferon sensitivity in association with prior inflammation (may be subclinical). Without addressing the balance of inflammation in the body, it is very difficult to resolve the longer term risk of post viral symptoms occurring after each infection.
