I would like to see HERV-K102 (plasma) particles used as a biomarker to monitor how well the Vedicinals-9 work. In chronic fatigue syndrome, HERV-K102 particles can reach 10(11) particles per ml of plasma associated with acute fatigue and insomnia. Hypericum (St. John's wort) at 400 mg per night can block HERV-K102 particle production in vivo and was also demonstrated in vitro. Another easy biomarker as mentioned in the video would be blood pressure. When the foamy macrophages become activated to produce HERV-K102 particles the blood pressure goes up slowly over 6 days. On the 6th day when the particles are released by cell lysis, the blood pressure rapidly drops back to normal (ie. over a few hours). Immunosenescence, the failed release of HERV-K102 particles from the foamy macrophages results in protracted high blood pressure. It would seem to me that the Vedicinals-9 would reverse immunosenescence such as might be induced by COVID-19 vaccine injury. If given early enough after vaccination it may also prevent non-COVID-19 deaths due to ADE of immunosenescence. It sounds like this Vedicinals product is successful in an acute situation— but is it clear that it can help/improve the long haul covid patients?
