My partner has suffered with long Covid and vaccine injury on top of it since early 2020. How can he get this therapy? It sounds like it would cost $1 million. Which we don't have. But he needs help badly.
Not costly? It sounded from the description that it would be extremely costly. At least in America. My partner needs this very badly, where are they doing it do you know?
It is valuable to see what leading edge research is demonstrating regarding what long covid is and the best ways to manage it, but it is not going to help humanity - that's us - unless this leading edge research is translated into something that is accessible to most of humanity. Not much of the world actually has upper middle class incomes. These researchers are saving themselves, and good on them, but they are not saving us, at least, not yet.
Every time we have one of these experts telling us how successful they are, please ask them to translate their success into an affordable treatment for the western poor and the global south. What ARE our best options, NOW?
This is where people like Bryan Ardis come in. Nicotine patches may not be enough, but they certainly help many of us. Most importantly, they are accessible and almost affordable (I can afford them on a western nation pension). Might nicotine patches combined with resveratrol help even more? I could manage that too! Let's get real here. We need the latest science and treatments for the rich to advance the science, but we desperately need interim measures to contain the current genocide of the poor!
Hyperthermia therapy mentioned could be done in a bathtub with an ample supply of hot water or in a sauna. You would need to be very careful though. I know someone who used to deliberately raise his body temperature to 105 F frequently. There is a risk of fainting!

So the average person needs help that is both readily available and not costly.
