As someone who has had MyalgicEncephalomyelitis for decades, I can say without hesitation that my lymph system is working very hard.
There has long been an understanding that we need to watch for non hodgkins lymphoma in these patients. It will be interesting to see if similar occurs in LongCovid.

I believe this is the underpinning of the Perrin Technique, though I read his book and went to a practitioner trained in it and did not have any improvement. If anything, in the first year of long COVID (with ME/CFS presentation), lymphatic drainage massages made me crash. Not so in more recent years, but in the early days, yes.

Still needs to be proved, then solutions found.
