I just listened to it. Exhilarating, high quality discussion. They are model physicians too, their very oral interaction with a patient will be half the cure. I am not a medicine professional of any kind. But if there is one single reason for my maintaining a very high level of interest on this virus etc, it has got to be listening to their conversations time and again in these two years. Just this morning before listening to this podcast, I wrote in another box that Dr. Chetty’s prescription would involve primarily anti histamines and anti coagulants for his long covid patients. I was dot on mark. I have some points from thoughts hard and long, but would need time to present them here. But just one point here. If they have come across patients who have been carrying this aftermath for more than two years, it is very likely that the trigger for this persistence could have been vaccines. During 2021 and in the first half of 2022, many would have had 2, 3 even 4 shots. How come this didn’t come up in their extensive conversations on the pathophysiology of long covid ? balakrishnan.moro@gmail.com , from Bangalore, India

Covid is now a very broad spectrum....the disease itself, the vaccination, the medical interventions, the aftermath. And there are increasing incidences of sudden death, disabling injuries and dire forecasts in terms of survival.

It has also become a highly emotional issue when it comes to questioning the many aspects of Covid pandemic management by world authorities.

This podcast cannot expand across to many aspects of the Covid saga.

Not exactly. And the discussions, either among the experts like the two or the viewers joining them in comments, have been based on science, including the questions raised on official management of the pandemic. There are no emotions here, in these exchanges. Like in this podcast, often very new clinical analyses, not expressed any where, emerge. Including the many previous ones from time to time, they have covered every aspect of this pandemic. The world has come to so much grief only because of the failure to follow known science sincerely.

I have listened to comments by Dr. Chetty in other interviews. He is very careful in not expressing blunt opinions though in some interviews he has been more candid in challenging the Covid management by authorities and other experts.

By being emotional, I am reading substacks where some are getting to the point of being hysterical, asking for those who lead the vaccine campaign to be tried, to be executed, etc.

There are also the calmer more professional discussions like this one. Just remember...these are working Professionals and will not want to become lightning rods for fierce attacks, sanctions and even criminal prosecution.

Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi, a renown retired microbiologist in Germany is now under prosecution for allegedly spreading untruths about the Covid vaccinations. I have watched Dr. Bhakdi...he started calmly in 2020 but in some videos he was outraged and did make some very harsh remarks, not at specific institutions or persons but was warning loudly. That got the German government upset enough to charge him in Court.

My point: This interview was carefully done, obviously pre-discussed prior to recording and possibly edited where it was not appropriate for a public broadcast. There is always the danger of a strong backlash from the Powers to Be.

I am age 74, in good health, never treated for 25 years...barely a flu. I consider myself my own naturopath. I use only one ancient therapy...the urine therapy ( rub on the body, hold some in the mouth ). Just that for 25 years. Zero vitamins. Zero any other therapies.

As I listen, I catch phrases like microbiome health, immune system responses, dormant diseases, etc. I think somehow my natural therapy (i.e. Urine) can help me modulate my system, keeps the microbiome healthy and more.

Dr Chetty's awareness, knowledge, enthusiasm and holistic approach to healing is pure genius.

What did one pathogen say to the other 'We must leave this body I fear because Dr Shankara Chetty is here!'

what a fine clinical mind!

Dr Chetty mentions waxing and waning. I wonder if this extends as far as truly intermittent symptoms coming at longer intervals of say 10- 14 days? Like something relapsing?

I have an alternate view on lung physiology that dismisses the notion of oxygen and carbon dioxide gaseous exchange

The article is titled

We breathe air not oxygen

I take you though all the steps that lead to this statement

Including how oxygen is manufactured

How oxygen is calibrated

Eg medical oxygen has 67parts per million of water contamination

Why oxygen is toxic, dehydrates and damages the alveoli

Lung physiology requires the air at the alveoli to reach 100% humidity

Can you see the problem?

The new take on lung physiology:

The lungs rehydrate the passing RBCs with iso tonic saline solution as they pass through the alveoli capillary beds

RBCs change from dark contracted dehydrated to plump bright hydrated form as they soak up the iso tonic saline solution the bursting alveoli bubbles throw upon the capillary sac

The airway mucosa conditions the breathe with salt and moisture

I can be banned for even talking about this ancient therapy called urine therapy. But with 25 years of excellent benefit, I will suggest (not urge or promote) that those with a chronic ailment that includes Long Covid...just rub urine on their arms, wipe it off later, and then see if it brings any healing benefits. Our skin is the largest organ and healing ingredients in urine, if any, may be absorbed into the blood system.

Whether it is a pharmaceutical, health supplements, etc. most of the effect comes when the components enter the blood stream.

I am not a medical person. I am so impressed. How many doctors are like Dr. Chetty? He combines his treatment with a deep understanding of each patient's system, as best as he can gauge them and then modulate his treatment. Simply amazing.
